Information you provide

We receive your name, company, email, optional phone number, work location, selected service, message, and language. Do not submit medical records or personal health information through this form.

How we use it

We use your details to follow up on your company’s requirements, assign the enquiry to the relevant team, and prepare a proposal where needed. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Security and service providers

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Technical information such as your IP address is processed for verification and rate limiting; the application stores a hashed IP identifier rather than a raw IP address in enquiry data. Enquiries are stored in the internal application and are accessible to administrators and assigned sales staff.

Storage and your choices

Information is retained to follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of how it is handled. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the company and include your reference number. Requests are reviewed in light of record-keeping needs and applicable obligations.

Site preferences

This site does not use analytics trackers or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use technical storage needed for security verification.
