Medical evacuation from remote sites: escorts and equipment
How a remote site clinic prepares a medical evacuation: stabilising the patient, choosing road, sea, or air, calling ahead, documents, escorts, and equipment.

We plan, develop, and manage your company's health facility, including its medical staff, working procedures, and administration.

A medical center is a health facility that serves the workers of a company or an area in an integrated way: daily care, periodic health checks, laboratory support, and referral coordination. It may sit at a head office, in an industrial estate, or in the support area of a large site.
We can step in at different stages. Some companies are only planning a medical center, some want to develop the facility they already have, and some want to hand over its daily operations. We build the scope from your current situation, not from a ready-made package.
A health facility has to stay fit for use every day. Management covers the layout and patient flow, equipment readiness, the availability of medicines and consumables, cleanliness and infection control, and medical waste handling under the applicable regulations.
For equipment and medicines, we work the same way as in our medical equipment supply and pharmacy support services: inventory is recorded, maintenance schedules are clear, and stock is monitored before it runs out. All of this is written into a work plan so facility management can review it easily.
We also help prepare the facility's requirements and documents under the applicable regulations, working with your legal or HSE team. Who handles which permit, and when each permit needs renewing, is written clearly into the scope from the start.
The quality of care depends on the people delivering it. We plan the medical and support staff needed based on service hours and the type of care: doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacy staff, and administrative staff.
Every medical professional we place must hold the relevant competence and a valid practice licence. Before starting duty, they are briefed on the SOPs, referral routes, and the workforce they will serve. Schedules are set so that care continues when someone is on leave or unavailable.
Skills that are rarely used fade quickly. That is why we schedule refresher drills, such as emergency response simulations with the facility team, so the team stays ready for the serious cases when they do come.
A well-run medical center has written procedures for recurring work: patient registration, examination, treatment, emergency response, referral, and medical records management. We write SOPs that can be applied on the ground, not documents that are only kept for audits.
Administration covers visit records, MCU scheduling, documentation of examination results, and regular reports for management and the HSE team. The content of the reports and the indicators to monitor are agreed at the start, then reviewed together regularly.
A well-organised facility can run several services at once:
Services that need expertise beyond the medical center, such as specialised laboratory tests or specialist consultations, are coordinated with suitable referral facilities.
ADR Medika is a new company, founded in 2026. That is why we choose to work openly: what we do ourselves, what partners do, and who is responsible for what are all written down from the start.
How it works
Location, workforce size, and the work pattern at your site.
We review site readiness and the relevant services.
A clearly defined scope and pricing.
A mobilisation schedule agreed together.
Services run and are reviewed regularly.
Built for these sectors
An onsite clinic sits at a single work site and focuses on daily care and first response to emergencies there. A medical center usually serves more workers or several business units, with a wider range of services such as MCU, laboratory support, and occupational health programs.
Yes. We start by reviewing the facility, medical staff, procedures, and administration already in place. From there we propose a management scope: medical staff only, administration and reporting only, or full operational management.
Not always. Samples are collected according to procedure, then tested at a laboratory that meets the requirements for that type of test. We coordinate the sample collection, shipping, and delivery of results.
Medical records are stored and accessed according to the agreed procedures and applicable regulations. The company receives the reports it needs for OHS decisions, such as fitness for work, while personal medical details are disclosed only as far as necessary.
Tell us the location, headcount, and work pattern. Our team will scope it realistically.
